ABC News: Conservationists call on NSW government to keep Solitary Islands Marine Park sanctuary zones
An amnesty on illegal fishing in Marine Park sanctuary zones like the Solitary Islands off Coffs Harbour has sparked a new appeal to the state government.
The Nature Conservation Council (NCC) said last year Fisheries officers were directed not to fine people fishing in shoreline sanctuary zones.
