ANOTHER major petroleum company has been awarded an exploration permit by the Federal Government near the heritage-listed Ningaloo Marine Park.
Woodside Petroleum was this week awarded with a 480 square kilometre offshore permit, right on the doorstep of the prized park, as part of the government’s regular petroleum acreage release.
